DIRECTORATE OF FAITH & VALUES – SHEPHERD’S FORT
The Directorate of Faith and Values, also known as ShepherdsFort, embodies the spiritual foundation upon which RAAS Academy stands. It is the soul of the institution — fostering godly virtues, moral intelligence, and a deep awareness of divine purpose in every learner, staff, and affiliate.
ShepherdsFort leads initiatives that harmonize spiritual growth with academic pursuit, ensuring that intellectual development never loses sight of eternal values. Through mentorship, spiritual retreats, leadership devotionals, and interfaith dialogues, the Directorate nurtures a community of faith-driven thinkers and doers who live out excellence with humility, compassion, and integrity.
Rooted in the principles of the Kingdom of God, ShepherdsFort envisions a generation equipped not just with knowledge, but with wisdom — leaders whose strength flows from divine conviction and whose influence transforms both society and the spirit of humanity.

SHEPHERD’S FORT is a Spiritual Institute with a strong vision towards changing and balancing an orientation as regards spiritual and earthly relevance. The College is governed by a strict spiritual obligation towards the doctrine of Jesus Christ. But such narrowed and integral to the continual development of the College’s vision and that of an individual.

We believe in the scriptural disposition that we have been given all that pertains to life and godliness (2 peter 1:3). In our unique role as a spiritual institute, SHEPHERD’S FORT provides outstanding graduate programs and course works to educate the leaders of tomorrow. We are committed to leadership in the creation and transfer of new knowledge, such guided under the tutelage of the person of the Holy Spirit, as knowledge in itself coupled with human ego can be dangerous if not tamed. Achieved through the efforts of a diverse faculty, staff and student body.
