When we tell you to Believe in God, Give your life to Christ. Choose between Christ and your former way of life. It’s not because we don’t have much to say, or because God is just a Being who wants all to Himself. Or because He(God) cannot choose to do without you and I… Nah!
It is because He (God) is so confident no one can have a better offer than what He is Offering.
Religion seeks to make bad people turn Good and Immoral people become moral. “But Jesus came to make Dead and Dying People Live.”
Morality is Man’s effort to be Right. Spirituality is God’s provision (not to be right) to know Him, having made us Right in Christ Jesus.
Let Me Share With you, Some Questions that some people ask that Got me Thinking and My reply.
What is Life to you ?
I would say Life is the only Privilege Man has to express, acknowledge and reciprocate the unending Love of God. Our privilege to respond to His sacrifice of Securing us a Life beyond our dying Life.
What do you do when you don’t know what to do?
Most times when I don’t know what to do.
1. I switch to a freelance mode and simply ask God to have mercy on me.
2. In the course of that, He sometimes begin to strengthen me by the things he has told me, or such as I’m convinced of that He has in stock for me.
Not knowing what to do sometimes is not because we are void of the knowledge of doing something, no, it is because we have too much of what we suppose we are to do, that they contradict the pattern of what we are meant to do.
Basically, knowing what to do is being responsible. When I do not know what to do. I subscribe to asking God to help, simply making Him responsible for me. I step down of being in-Charge… And most times I find strength that way.
The Fact that a person ‘Knows’ does not mean he or she is Knowledgeable. Not all Information that constitute Knowledge is edifying. You may have an information about a thing and yet be void of the Right Reasoning that accompany such information. When you do not act according to the appropriate Reasoning that accompanies your acquisition of a fact or Information; You are Not Knowledgeable.
I am a respecter of Spiritual Principles and Protocols. But sometimes, having engaged the needful, I put them aside and pray the prayers that makes me remember I am still a Child to God.
1. Lord! Help Me.
2. Regardless of My “Competence or Negligence”, Lord! Help Me.
The “Seen” can be very deceptive, and “our expectations of what we see or want to See” can also be frustrated, as it would need time to function. But there is a principle of Life that has no part or need of the Seen. It is a principle that makes things available regardless of whether they are seen or regardless of the confines of Time.
HEBEREWS 11:3
KJV:Through faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that things which are seen were not made of things which do appear.
AMP:By faith we understand that the worlds [during the successive ages] were framed (fashioned, put in order, and equipped for their intended purpose) by the word of God, so that what we see was not made out of things which are visible.
It is a principle that only the Just Live (exist & survive) by. Only by What we Speak through the Words of God. Can we truly see what we need to see.
Others can live by what they see and it would work for them, but so long you are dead to yourself and you live only through Christ… Your living comes by Faith. (Your Sayings through His word). So as “the Just” (a believer) that Solely lives By Faith… When you are not Seeing It, It is because you have not Spoken it into existence.
And this speaking is not just your words against the wind. It is God’s Word and into Nature. For Nature would only respond to God’s Word. Many Speak but they speak complaints, grudgingly, doubts, culture, philosophies e.t.c. But a Believer Speaks The Word. Every believer who has genuinely submitted to Christ usually have this dilemma of not wanting to take a decision out of God’s plan for them. It is a sincere response to the supremacy of God and an act of TRUST to His Divine Competence.
But my Question is… How Confident are we (believers) in our Ability to know what is truly Right or Wrong..? What happens most times is that when we Trust God and Believe in Him, we forget that God and the tenets of His Kingdom does not work like a trade by batter system of give and Take.
To know what God wants for us is one thing, To be sure it is His will for us is another, To know the How of achieving it is another step, And to know the When is another thing.
Alignment, The Faith Walk, Intimacy, Consistency of Fellowship…
All these are the One way to be Confident of whatever we know of the Spirit. God does not want you and I to run off with whatever we know of the spirit. Because the way Destiny and Purpose are Wired… “They Cannot be fulfilled Outside God”. He said “For I am your exceeding Great reward.”
BE CAREFUL WHAT YOU WISH FOR
If you don’t yet have an Understanding of: the Ways of God. You may be asking God to bless you and His specific definition of blessing is that you would by experience learn the Kingdom mechanism for dispensing wealth — That:
1. Nothing you have is truly yours.
2. That for you to manage the magnitude of wealth for your assignment, you first need to learn contentment, and at such, there would be a time of “seeming want” in your life.
3. Sharing and giving even when you have little is the beginning of compassion.
You may be asking God to use you and His definition of a “Vessel” is a yielding man. Which would warrant you to.
1. Enter into a Waiting period, while others are going.
2. Deny yourself both in desire and need until you are empty to be filled.
3. By experience be a student of dealings that are not for all but specifically for you.
BE CAREFUL WHAT YOU WISH FOR….
In all thy gettings, get understanding.
For in our quest to knowing God, beyond the Manifestation of His power and His glory, it is of necessity that we Know His ways. So we don’t misinterpret dealings as afflictions, or blessings as mundane pursuit.
A precise walk of Faith that makes you know what the Spirit of God is saying, when He’s saying it and How.
