The Role
We are seeking a visionary Director of Operations to join our leadership team and drive operational excellence across RAAS.
The successful candidate will lead the Academy’s operational strategy, ensuring that our educational programmes, partnerships, and administrative systems function efficiently and sustainably.
You will oversee teams responsible for HR, finance, project management, and international operations — ensuring that RAAS continues to grow as a global centre of excellence in professional and leadership education.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver strategic and operational leadership across RAAS divisions.
- Manage budgets, reporting systems, and performance indicators.
- Oversee HR, governance, and compliance with CPD and data protection standards.
- Build operational capacity to support expansion across Europe, Africa, and the UK.
- Foster partnerships with institutions, funders, and education networks.
About You
You are an experienced operational leader with a strong track record of managing complex systems, inspiring teams, and delivering measurable results. You combine financial acumen with a deep commitment to education and social impact.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in senior operations or programme management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong financial and strategic planning capability.
- Understanding of UK compliance and accreditation processes.
- Passion for education, innovation, and people development.
