The Governance and Leadership Council of RAAS Academy embodies the Academy’s conviction that education must be both divinely inspired and strategically governed. The Council provides visionary oversight, policy direction, and ethical stewardship — ensuring that every decision aligns with our founding purpose: to cultivate thinkers and reformers who discover identity, excellence, and leadership through a living relationship with their Creator.
Rooted in faith, scholarship, and service, the Council integrates global educational best practice with Kingdom-centred values. Each member brings expertise across academia, policy, psychology, ministry, business, and community leadership — shaping RAAS as a benchmark institution for holistic human development.
The Mandate
The Council exists to:
- Uphold RAAS’s mission and global vision through transparent governance.
- Formulate academic, ethical, and strategic frameworks consistent with both international education standards and Kingdom principles.
- Oversee compliance, accreditation, and institutional quality assurance.
- Safeguard the Academy’s spiritual and intellectual integrity.
- Support the Pioneer/Founder and Executive Team in policy execution and performance evaluation.
- Nurture partnerships with universities, ministries, and professional networks globally.

Philosophy of Leadership
At RAAS, leadership is viewed as a divine trust and intellectual calling — the capacity to discern truth, translate vision into systems, and transform lives through knowledge.
The Leadership Council therefore acts not merely as an administrative organ, but as a living culture of accountability, wisdom, and mentorship, forming the moral and strategic backbone of the Academy.

Our Leadership
RAAS Academy is led by Rabbi. Kolade M. Lawal, an internationally recognized educator and visionary leader with expertise across academia, and organizational development.
Under his leadership, RAAS continues to pioneer a new model of education — one that merges faith, intellect, and innovation to prepare individuals for both earthly relevance and eternal significance.
