The English dictionary says Faith is a belief, conviction that something is True. Faith is a conviction that something is true regardless of whether you see evidences or not, you just somehow believe and you trust in whatever it is.
In the Kingdom, Faith is a currency, Faith is a key to access what you have prayed for. Faith is the basis of everything in the kingdom next to salvation because you will never even accept what or who you do not have faith in. The bible says He who must come to Him, must believe ( i.e. have faith) that He is and He is rewarder of them who diligently seek Him. On that basis I will define “Faith” according to Hebrews 11:1-6;
Hebrews 11:1 says ” Faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen“
“Substance” means the essential ( necessary) part of a thing.
“Hoped for“- expected to happen
Therefore, faith is the essential, important, necessary part of things that we EXPECT to HAPPEN.
Faith is a factor that MOVES God.
By it Abel’s sacrifice was declared excellent. Faith is a factor that moves God in it is a currency/ key to access what you have prayed for/ pressing into becoming.
The dimensions of God that you as a writer want to enter into either healing, deliverance, motivation, everything requires one currency. Faith and in faith you will pray because you now believe and you are sure that there is One who hears. Hebrews11:6 – But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he that cometh to God must believe He is and that He is a rewarder of them that diligently seek Him.
For you to claim you believe He is you should also believe He hears your prayers/ your very own heart cry.

Faith is the opposite of fear. For some persons, there is fear of what tomorrow holds, there is fear of whether you are really going to impact lives as a writer.
Faith is the opposite of fear. In having faith, you combat fears. Fears brings bondage, doubts and all manner of legal grounds for the devil. Matthew 6:25- 32 talks about not been worried (afraid of) about what tomorrow is. God whom you seek is able to take care of this. If He would take care of birds of the air and lilies of the field, how much more YOU who He is mindful of. In faith, we take instructions given by the Holyspirit.
You cannot claim to have faith in God and you don’t take instructions from Him through His Spirit. Instructions are meant to be taken out of faith.
You ought to write out of faith even at times when u feel like discussing some issues than the other, you take instructions from the Holy ghost. Writing is a ministry on its own and it should be handled with so much care because out of writing several lives are affected.
Pleasant things even the Life of God can flow out of you as a writer to bless lives and the only way u can do this is to take instructions out of faith.
Finally, I will like to touch the parable of the mustard seed just to show us something about faith. The mustard seed is about 1-2 mm, that’s pretty tiny, very tiny a seed. However, the mustard plant itself is a very big tree. You wonder how such a very tiny seed could produce a big tree. The more it dies (I.e. becomes more buried in the soil), the more the chances for it to grow.
Just the same way, the more we take instructions from the Holy spirit, the more we pray, the more “self” is buried. The more we dig ourselves to the person of God in the faith and hope that He is the more we find ourselves producing great fruit of His spirit and the more our lives radiate Him as well as our writings.
